We want every E7 piece to fit right — but if the size isn't right, we keep it simple.

Size Issues
If your size doesn't work out, no need to send anything back. We'll give you 50% off a reorder in your correct size — just email us at loyumbaofficial007@gmail.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Pieces
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we'll issue a full refund. Email us at loyumbaofficial007@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Wrong Item Delivered
If we sent you the wrong piece, we'll send the correct one at no extra cost. Email us at loyumbaofficial007@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
